Patrons Of Abbey Lane School - PALS

Who are PALS (PATRONS of ABBEY LANE SCHOOL)?

We are a group of people (mainly parents of children at the school), who are actively committed to helping the school achieve high standards for our children’s well-being during their school life.

We believe our children deserve to be provided with the best possible educational environment during their vital early years at primary school.

We have decided to focus our efforts on helping Abbey Lane School continue to improve the surroundings and activities in the playground, as it is agreed that this is obviously the area which is in greatest need of improvement. In going towards achieving this aim, we are a registered charity, meaning donations are eligible for Gift Aid and regular contributions are eligible for tax relief!

What do we do?

PALS support the School, both through organising and running various fundraising events within the school community, and by being involved in researching ideas for the Playground Action Group (PAG), who are another group of people in charge of sorting out the improvement of the playground.
